is where I just got back from yesterday. (Fangirling still in process.)
I think that the only reason I am glad that I'm home is so I can eat real food xD I am sick of junk food!! (Did anyone ever think a teenager would say that?)
But on a better note, IT WAS AWESOME.
The first hour+ when we got there was spent setting up cmusto's artist table, which consisted of shelf-building, sign-drawing, and (Disney) music-listening.
It was Disney music until FF7ninjachan turned on Sexy and I Know It. After we got the table all set up, everyone changed into their costumes. Soul, Maka Albarn, Haruhi Fujioka, and the others didn't cosplay on Friday. (I am Soul! )
Then we went to a Hetalia panel, which was probably one of the funniest panels I've ever been to. Prussia, Italy, America, Russia, and England talking about their country's history and making fun of eachother. (And then Prussia took off his pants? XD)
That was basically the only panel I went to on Friday, except OS Otaku's panel, which was teaching and playing Dai Hin Min. Sure, it was fun the first few times. Now? I don't even want to hear "Dai Hin Min" again...
Saturday, I got (woken) up pretty early to put on my Ryoga costume, which turned out a lot better than I thought it would and it made me very happy that people passing me were like "Hey Ryoga, what's up?" and some people even wanted pictures of me.
(Though the costume started off with me teasing my hair and trying to eat a poptart at the same time, spraying half my face black when I did my hair and the leftovers still making my nails look like I just cleaned a chimney.)
Saturday consisted of another Hetalia panel (same people, same amount of LOL's) and a costume contest, which I only entered for the hell of it XD I already said I was Ryoga, and the rest of OS Otaku consisted of Gamzee and John from Homestuck (FF7ninjachan and cmusto), Ed from FMA (Kalaziel), and Katara from Avatar (DCFanGirl). We had a panel which was a discussion of FMA, and I think it turned out OK, considering that I thought we would crash and burn. But I do not want to do it again XD
Speaking of crashing and burning, my visual kei outfit on Sunday! The outfit was fine and my six-inch heeled knee-high boots were not so bad at first. But for some reason, they made my legs hurt (not my feet XD) and I was sitting against a wall, and when I went to get up, completely fell over. And then it happened a second time and I almost twisted my ankle. And then it happened a fourth time, where I managed to cut myself on a sword -- when it was in it's sheath.
Fantastic, I know.
I bought a lot of art supplies while I was there, but sadly inspiration does not come with new inking pens and markers. So, sorry I have not been drawing (anything good) lately, but I've been busy with other stuff; it's not just my lack of ideas that are plaguing me.
The newest fandom I am fangirling over is RusAme, which is funny, because I don't really like Russia. But hey, the con made me want to read it. Can anyone link me to any good ones? After scanning over the stuff on ff.net, I couldn't really find anything. So links would be much appreciated! :3
Now, I am already waiting for the next con... TT^TT
I know some of you know that awkward moment when you see someone and think, "he/she's cute" and then you find out they were not the gender you initially assumed...why does that happen to me so much lately? -.-" Something good that came out of this Hetalia craze at the con though was that I had to write a paper on the Cold War and it's affect on Spain (what, right?) I actually had fun doing it. Wahoooo.
On some un-con related notes, lately I am bored with everything and I don't know why. It's kind of strange, because it feels like all I do is sleep. And unrelated to even that, I'm sick of all the music on iTunes. Whyyyy... TT^TT Also, yesterday my mom came in my room when I screamed because I thought I saw a spider.
Turns out it was an eyelash...
So yeah, though the last time I drew something OK was about March and my featured deviation is almost a year old, I am still alive! I just have to get off my lazy ass and find something to draw. I would take requests, but for some reason that always turns out that I, being my stubborn-bitchy-on-occasion-and-like-to-do-things-my-way self, I usually do not like to draw what I get requests for or they just don't really help me. So, you know. I HOPE FOR ART SOON.
Current obsessions:
Chick peas
RusAme fics
Colouring skin
Accents
Hand games
Tegami Bachi
White makeup
Aladdin
(Rather short list this time, no?)

MOVING TO A NEW ACCOUNT -- kind of!
I haven't posted any kind of art in forever, but if I do...it'll be here.
But! All the cosplay stuff you guys have been seeing here will be posted on my new cosplay account, FrancescaPeach (https://www.deviantart.com/francescapeach), especially now that cosplay has kind of taken a priority in my hobbies! I'm not abandoning this account, but rather just starting something of a cosplay portfolio on my new account. (It will also be nice to weed out who I follow on my new account so I'm not getting stuff I was interested in two years ago!)
I hope that you will all follow me at my new account ^_^

N.A.P.P.A.con
So, me, dhespys (https://www.deviantart.com/dhespys), and Kalaziel (https://www.deviantart.com/kalaziel) were at N.A.P.P.A.con over the weekend. It was fun, albeit we had to mostly make our own fun...
(But with dhespys (https://www.deviantart.com/dhespys) drinking something highly caffienated at least once a day, we were already half way there...)
On Friday I did my visual kei costume and Caeleighn and Alexis were Minun and Plusle, which was actually hilariously cute (especially if you saw them from behind.) We wasted most of the day sitting in the lobby playing Uno, but Uno has this magical quality that never lets you have to play it alone if there are people around you, so it went from me, Alexis, and Caeleighn, to us plus four other
Art theft and the zombie apocalypse soundtrack.
Of all people...me? Really?
But this isn't a warning to watch out for them crazy fools here, at least. I don't think it was anyone in dA, actually.
Anyhow, I got an interesting email this morning -- from a Florida school district. Initially, I was worried that it might be spam, but I opened it anyhow.
There was a middle school in the district holding a poetry contest, and the coordinator of the contest (a teacher) was checking out all the submissions to make sure that they were in fact, originals. However, it turns out that someone like "Shadow" ( http://fav.me/d4f4sdw ) so much that they entered it in the cont
Persacon!
So Persacon~
Me and Kalaziel (https://www.deviantart.com/kalaziel) had an AWESOME time.
So in the beginning, it was boring but after about 9:45, it got really awesome. Patrick Seitz was supposed to he there but didn't show up and its actually thanks to these two guy (sort of random) guys that we had a good time.
Surprisingly, there was a lot of cosplay, but it was even more thrown together than mine. Not EVERYONE'S, but...a lot of people's. And a lot of people wore the same thing twice, which made me feel better also XD At one point when we were in the lobby, this guy cosplaying Kakashi comes up to us with another guy and video tapes us doing the caramelldansen and takes
