Oh Jesus Christ it was amazing.
So, the really convinent part is that it was only an hour away from where I live, as opposed to the last con I went to, which was 8 or so hours away >.> But anyway, yeah. We just talked and such the way there, and the inconvient part? We were on the second floor and the goddamn hotel had no elevators >.> Goddamn right. We had to carry 11 people's luggage up two flights of stairs.
BUT. That night, we went to a meet and greet and I got to meet Todd Haberkorn and Sonny Strait >.< It was AWESOME. And for my ringtone on my phone, I got Todd to record "Answer this text and bring me some pasta!" in his Italy voice :3 That part was the bestttt. Then we went to this thing afterwards which was basically Sonny and Todd making fun of a live-action movie that they had done voiceovers for called Aliens and Ninjas or something like that. It was HILARIOUS. There's ninjas running through the forest, and Sonny says "This is the worst easter egg hunt EVER!" LOL.
Saturday we were in the same room for four hours because of the panels we wanted to go to. Sadly we had to sit through this one about art, where these guys basically bagged on anime art style, saying that it wasn't really art and this whole "level" concept, saying that they as artists were about a "level 48" but even the best anime artist was only a "12". But the funny part? So, 90% of the room was me and my friends (our whole anime club, OS Otaku, went, and we're all artists) so then they noticed that they had pissed us off by saying that and start saying good things about anime style all of the sudden XD But seriously, it was boring. The other panels were really funny though. One was Todd talking about superheroes and lame/good superhero movies, one was Sonny talking about voice acting and the other one was Todd talking about his voice acting career.
I spent about $100 in the dealer room XD I bought manga (which I wouldn't have done, but for $3 each? yeah XD), two bottlecap necklaces (one with Reno on it and the other has that creepy cat from the powerpuff girls on it XD), two pins (one Fruits Basket, the other FMA), a keychain with Cloud on it, a Hetalia shirt, an FMA shirt, and a sword :3 Probably something else that I'm forgetting, BUT ANYWAY. I'm happy that I bought the sword though, cause now I'll have an awesome weapon for cosplay next year. I don't know *exactly* how big it is, but when I was standing up with it next to me, it reaches my chest. I'm 5'6". It's a pretty friggin big sword. The handle is a dragon :3 Its SO awesome. But yeah. My cosplay for the next con is going to be amazing.
Sunday we didn't do much, but overall, the con was amazing <3

MOVING TO A NEW ACCOUNT -- kind of!
I haven't posted any kind of art in forever, but if I do...it'll be here.
But! All the cosplay stuff you guys have been seeing here will be posted on my new cosplay account, FrancescaPeach (https://www.deviantart.com/francescapeach), especially now that cosplay has kind of taken a priority in my hobbies! I'm not abandoning this account, but rather just starting something of a cosplay portfolio on my new account. (It will also be nice to weed out who I follow on my new account so I'm not getting stuff I was interested in two years ago!)
I hope that you will all follow me at my new account ^_^

N.A.P.P.A.con
So, me, dhespys (https://www.deviantart.com/dhespys), and Kalaziel (https://www.deviantart.com/kalaziel) were at N.A.P.P.A.con over the weekend. It was fun, albeit we had to mostly make our own fun...
(But with dhespys (https://www.deviantart.com/dhespys) drinking something highly caffienated at least once a day, we were already half way there...)
On Friday I did my visual kei costume and Caeleighn and Alexis were Minun and Plusle, which was actually hilariously cute (especially if you saw them from behind.) We wasted most of the day sitting in the lobby playing Uno, but Uno has this magical quality that never lets you have to play it alone if there are people around you, so it went from me, Alexis, and Caeleighn, to us plus four other

is where I just got back from yesterday. (Fangirling still in process.)
I think that the only reason I am glad that I'm home is so I can eat real food xD I am sick of junk food!! (Did anyone ever think a teenager would say that?)
But on a better note, IT WAS AWESOME.
The first hour+ when we got there was spent setting up cmusto (https://www.deviantart.com/cmusto)'s artist table, which consisted of shelf-building, sign-drawing, and (Disney) music-listening.
It was Disney music until FF7ninjachan (https://www.deviantart.com/ff7ninjachan) turned on Sexy and I Know It. After we got the table all set up, everyone changed into their costumes. Soul, Maka Albarn, Haruhi Fujioka, and the others didn't cosplay on F

Of all people...me? Really?
But this isn't a warning to watch out for them crazy fools here, at least. I don't think it was anyone in dA, actually.
Anyhow, I got an interesting email this morning -- from a Florida school district. Initially, I was worried that it might be spam, but I opened it anyhow.
There was a middle school in the district holding a poetry contest, and the coordinator of the contest (a teacher) was checking out all the submissions to make sure that they were in fact, originals. However, it turns out that someone like "Shadow" ( http://fav.me/d4f4sdw ) so much that they entered it in the cont
